What do I get during my free trial period?
The free trial includes one month of accounting and bookkeeping services from your dedicated team of small business experts. We will reconcile your accounts and categorize your transactions. By the end of the trial period, we will provide you with a financial report in the form of a Profit and Loss Statement and a Cashflow Statement. Whether or not you decide that Filed is right for your business, the reports are yours to keep.
What do I not get during my free trial period?
Since we’re only working with one month of data there are a few things we can’t do during the trial. We won’t:
- Build asset registers or full historical record
- Produce your tax returns
- Take over your tax agency
- Produce any overdue accounts
- Complete annual financial statements
Of course we’ll do these things when you become a client. But if you need them urgently, why not sign up now and we’ll get straight to work!
How does the trial work?
After you sign up, we will contact you to gather information about your business and determine the best approach for your accounting and bookkeeping needs. We’ll then assign you to a dedicated team of small business experts who will review your files. Should there be a need for additional documents for verification, we’ll reach out to you right away.
Once we have everything we’ll complete your accounts and produce your reports within 1 week.
Do I need to provide you with my payment information during my free trial?
Not at all. Your trial is 100% free and we’ll only bill you when you sign up for one of our plans after the trial..
Will I get my tax return completed during the trial?
No. We need more than a month of data to prepare a return. If you need a return completing urgently we suggest you take a look at our reviews to be sure we’ll be right for you, and then sign up for one of our plans.
