How does Filed protect my financial data?
Within the Filed website and our accounting platform, we protect your data with 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption. That’s the same level of encryption you’ll find with online banking and online shopping.
Can I change my subscription plan?
Yes, of course. If your needs change, just let us know and we’ll move you to a more appropriate plan.
Do you provide a full version of Xero?
The free version of Xero we provide is limited to Accounting functionality. So you can use it to view transactions and reports, but not to do tasks like invoicing, payroll or expenses. If you need those features and want to upgrade to Xero Standard or Premium Editions, choose the upgrade at checkout, or get in touch with us. You also get a discount of the normal Xero rates by signing up for your Xero plan through Filed!
Can I keep my current Xero subscription?
Sure! If you’re happy with your current plan, and would like us to work on your accounts in Xero, it’s easy to invite us as a user. We’ll help you with all of this when you sign up.
